Providence Flow Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates providenceflowservices.net and provides GoHighLevel CRM, funnel, automation, and appointment-booking services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and ordinary technical data created when you visit the site:
- Contact and booking details — name, email, phone number, service interest, preferred call times, and timezone when you use our discovery-call calendar, service-request form, “request a time” form, email, or chat.

- Conversation content — messages you send through the site chat widget or email to hello@providenceflowservices.net.

Text messages
If you check an SMS consent box, Providence Flow Services may text the number you provided. Non-marketing messages cover discovery-call scheduling, service inquiries, and appointment reminders. Marketing messages cover service updates, offers, and follow-up related to GoHighLevel CRM, funnel, and automation work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not required to submit a form or request a call.
Processors we use
Booking widgets, inquiry forms, and chat on this site are provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Submissions, appointments, and conversations are stored in our GoHighLevel CRM under their terms. We also use our web host and email provider to operate providenceflowservices.net and to receive mail at hello@providenceflowservices.net. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry, booking, and client records as long as needed to respond, deliver services, maintain CRM history, and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for a professional services firm. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of contact information we hold, or withdraw SMS consent, by emailing hello@providenceflowservices.net or by replying STOP to a text. You can also use our contact page.
Children
This site is for business clients and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
